Term & Condition

  1. Color of item(s) in the picture posted by seller may be different due to the picture quality and lighting effect.
  2. We ONLY proceed with the order(s) with FULL Payment received.
  3. Your order(s) will be canceled if no payment received on every Friday closing.
  4. We will not be held responsible of any lost / damaged item(s) during delivery.  We will try to help customer(s) to track down the problem and solve the problem with the courier service company who hold responsibility. When customer(s) receive goods from courier service company, customer(s) should sign and write down the date and time of receiving the items(s). Immediately open and check the item(s). If there is any lost/damaged found on the item(s) received, customer(s) should contact us immediately. All complaint(s) must be lodged officially by phone and email within 2 hours after receipts of good(s) otherwise no claim will be accepted.
  5. All sale(s) are FINAL/ NOT EXCHANGABLE/ REFUNDABLE. If there is any problem occur from supplier(s) during the order process that lead to failure in delivering the required item(s), customer(s) will be informed to choose to change the item(s) or cancel the order(s). Upon cancelation of the orders, we will refund 100% [TOTAL FINAL COST (RM)] to customer(s).
  6. Please place your order(s) ONLY if you agree to all the terms above.
  7. Customer(s) who back out / fraud will get black listed.
  8. Should you have any other product(s) that you are interested, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to assist.
  9. DTDS NETWORK reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete and/or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice or any obligation.
